COI's Communications Planning ensure that there is the right mix of COI services to meet client objectives. Our Commercial Director pulls together all aspects of our commercial relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers.

COI helps define and scope communications briefs across its Strategic Consultancy, Research and Diversity services. The Client Account Team, including Regional Marketing, links COI's various services to achieve results.

News and PR
COI develops national and local PR and press campaigns, targets and distributes government news releases, and offers excellent media knowledge and monitoring through the Media Monitoring Unit and News Distribution Service. COI also procures branded promotional items and advises on staff reward and recognition schemes.

Interactive
COI's Contact Centres and Strategy, Live Events and Interactive services enable citizens to directly interact with government departments for information, help or advice. COI also links closely with Directgov and advises on the delivery of services to meet citizens' needs.

COI has all the services that actively seek out citizens and gain their attention. These include Direct and Relationship Marketing, Media and Advertising Services, Sponsorship and Digital Marketing.

COI has services that produce high-quality creative output. Moving Image and Audio Content specialises in broadcast, offline and mobile platforms. Publications develops a range of print materials and complete brand design.
