Making a complaint
The Central Office of Information is committed to gaining Fair Trader accreditation from the Controller of Her Majesty's Stationery Office (HMSO) and upholding its principles.
If you have a complaint about our compliance with the standards set by the Scheme or about any aspect of our accreditation under IFTS, we will investigate it thoroughly and give you a formal response. You should make your complaint in writing by letter to the Corporate Governance Manager using our postal address (please mark any correspondence "Complaint under IFTS") or by filling in our online complaints form.
