The COI and Crown film archive contains a huge array of unique and historically important government films, spanning over 70 years and including World War Two footage, post war society and reconstruction, royal visits, documentaries and numerous short public information adverts.

The archive is managed on COI's behalf by the British Film Institute (BFI). The Activity Database (ADB) is a data and software package assisting healthcare planners, architects and teams involved in briefing, design and equipping of healthcare environments. It includes room layouts, room data sheets, reports, component symbol library and an inbuilt graphical editor.

The ADB package contains accurate, detailed data drawn directly from the Health Building Notes that support the DH National Service Frameworks identifying the way care will be delivered in the future. It is the only such product endorsed by the Department of Health.

Artemis is a new campaign planning, analysis and evaluation tool designed to create and share findings across government on the efficiency of its marketing and communications activity.
